Xianyang Experimental School is located in close proximity to residential areas. The use of traditional sound reinforcement equipment not only causes significant disruption to the daily lives of community residents but also leads to interference between the broadcasting systems of several neighboring schools, which impacts students' ability to receive specific information. During physical education classes and large-scale outdoor events on the playground, the volume from the outdoor speakers may be excessively loud and transmitted into the teaching areas, disrupting the classroom environment and distracting students. To fundamentally solve the issue of playground broadcast interference, the school conducted extensive research and evaluations before ultimately selecting Audfly's focused directional speakers.
Achievements
After conducting on-site surveys of the school's surrounding areas, the Audfly project team provided a customized solution with professional sound field design that allows for the directional propagation of broadcasting sounds. This significantly reduces the impact on the surrounding environment, ensuring that nearby residents remain in a "quiet zone" that meets environmental noise standards, with little to no audible sound from the playground broadcasts. Meanwhile, the playground itself enjoys clear and balanced sound coverage, effectively addressing the noise disturbance problem at its root.
